When we started Media Bullseye, we weren’t sure how it would go over–after all, we were focusing on long-form pieces at just the same time most folks were turning to 140 characters. Ever the contrarians, we sallied forth. Since its launch in 2007, we’ve steadily grown the site, and launched new programs like the Media Bullseye Radio Roundtable.
For 2010, we’re revamping the Media Bullseye site and will soon be unveiling a whole new look and feel for our online magazine. We also are working to get daily reporting coverage during SXSW, and are adding some new contributing authors to the site.
And, after an extended hiatus, the Radio Roundtable will be returning soon. When Chip stepped down from his day-to-day role at CustomScoop, I was faced with the prospect of either trying to find two guests every week or turning it into a weekly interview show. I’m glad we opted to take some time to figure out what the best path for the show to take would be, as I think we’ve come up with a terrific solution–thanks to the very creative friend of Media Bullseye, Bryan Person.
Of course, we’re always open to suggestions about where our readers think the publication should head. If you have any thoughts, let us know. And, as always, thanks for reading Media Bullseye!
