Webinar Recap: Getting Started with Media Monitoring and Measurement

Recently, CARMA published “Getting Started with Media Monitoring and Measurement,” an eBook to guide readers on tracking and analyzing media. On April 5, CARMA hosted a webinar by the same name to provide supplementary information on these topics.

The session, co-hosted by Jennifer Zingsheim Phillips and Bill Paarlberg, defines media monitoring and PR measurement, explains the evolution of tools and processes, and explains how to create quality solutions. Jen and Bill, who both have extensive industry experience, provide examples on how media intelligence solutions can enhance communication activities and provide necessary insight.
