Crisis Communications: What to do when the worst strikes [Webinar]

Even though we’re barely five months into 2017, it already feels safe to deem this the year of the PR crisis. Between United’s forceful removal of a passenger from their flight, Pepsi’s tone-deaf ad, and the recent failure of Fyre Festival, there has been a stream of crises flooding the news.
