Yes, we listen!

Andrew Frank over at Gartner’s research blog posted asking which social media monitoring vendors watch for mentions of their own products. I left a comment, but think it got eaten somehow…it just disappeared. Not sure why. So, I thought I’d answer the question here too, lest we be accused of not listening!

Yes, CustomScoop monitors for mentions of our products, our company, our execs, and mentions of Media Bullseye.

We practice what we preach, and what we preach is that monitoring matters–it matters a lot.
