Normally in this space you would be able to click to listen to the latest edition of the Media Bullseye Radio Roundtable. But I screwed up.

Doug Haslam and I did record an entertaining and lively 30 minute discussion of timely issues in the new media realm. Doug has never been more eloquent, if I do say so myself. I was as outrageous as ever, calling a certain food product “vile and disgusting” and expressing a cynical believe that some social media agencies might conjure up ideas that do more to burnish their own reputation than their client’s sales.

Alas, the recording seems to be lost and gone forever. I don’t know precisely what happened. I hit the record button on the software I use. The timer shows that it was active for the length of the recording. Could I have hit the pause button? Possibly. Could it have been a hardware error? Possibly, after all this is a pretty old computer I was using yesterday. Is it more likely I did something really stupid? Yep.

In any case, my sincerest apologies go out to our loyal listener, but mostly to the esteemed and always helpful Doug Haslam who stepped in to help out while Jen Zingsheim was on vacation, only to discover that I had wasted a half hour of his day.
