But these stereotypes aren’t necessarily accurate reflections of this generation.
Millennials are simply challenging some traditions that have long existed in the workplace, including 9-5 working hours and the layout and style of office environments, to find a suitable, healthy, and sustainable work-life balance.
As of 2016, millennials became the largest generation in the US workforce, which means there are significant numbers of millennials working in PR and communications.
